Important people have everything under control, at least that’s what we see of their actions. “Lord God” is one of those important people. He knows what Moses must do to let all the Jewish people be free. He tells Moses “Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh, that thou mayest bring forth my people the children of Israel out of Egypt.” (Exodus 3, 10) His plans are like those that any Superhero has in any movie. Their plans don’t look like they will work but at the ends everything goes all right, sometimes there are some improvisations.
Most of all “Lord God” works in convincing Moses in doing what he tells him to do, talk to the pharaoh. Moses believes he wont be believed, the bible says, “And Moses answered and said, But, behold, they will not believe me, nor hearken unto my voice: for they will say, The LORD hath not appeared unto thee.” (Exodus 4, 1) This shows how God also helped Moses, who in this case represents all men, confidence in himself to achieve goals. How our friends give us support to continue with our lives, God gives Moses support so he gets the courage to talk to the pharaoh.
